For filing of a trademark application we need:

1. the Power of attorney signed by the applicant in two copies
2. text or image of the filed mark
3. short summary of goods or services that should be protected

The necessary work will be completed (trademark research, prepare of the list of goods and services, preparation of the application) in 3 days from delivery of the Power of Attorney and the application will be filed the next work day after your approval of list of goods and services.

Research in the databases of the Intellectual Property Office of the Slovak republic, WIPO, Community trademark database – internation trademarks valid also in the area of Slovak republic.

Research in the company names database.

Appreciation of the research and advisory of method and range of registration.

The preparation of list of goods and services and its classification under the Nice classification of goods and services.

The preparation and filing of the trademark application.

The payment of the government fees according the Administrative Fees Law.

The monitoring of the case till the publication of the apllication in the IPO Bulletin. (after the publication it is a paid work according to mandate contract or Power of Attorney)

Statement to the subjective research of the IPO, if it is above the pre-filing research.

Filing of various requests of name or address change, trademark application assignment, priority document etc.

The list of paid works after the pubhlication and registration of the trademark

Response to objections and filed against the trademark application
